Being the best band to come out of Grimsby doesn’t sound the greatest compliment in the world if you ask me, not when you consider that before The Brightlights this Towns claim to fame is likely to revolve around either oven chips, or very briefly for football reasons an inflatable cod.

These four lads though could be about to change all that, their new single 3 is a melodic track with chiming guitars playing nicely of the drums, the star of the show though is the slightly throaty sounding vocal that gives the track a bit of an edge and takes nicely away from the other wise polished edge.
