David Gray - Alibi
Its another single from the wobbly-headed one and yet again its all very pleasent, it just doesn’t really do or say anything. It’s got to a point now where you can almost tick off a list of the key components in a David Gray song.
Doleful Piano….yep check…..slightly irritating vocals….yep check again….sweeping arrangements with a tedious chorus….yep check as well, we’ve definitely got that in. All in all its one for the Radio 2 listeners to wet their collective pants over.
