Jason Mraz - Beautiful Mess - Live On Earth
I’m no fan of Jason Mraz particularly, especially his 3 million selling breakthrough album We Sing. We Dance. We Steal Things which compared to previous efforts I found a bit dull, having never seen him live (and with no intention of doing so), listening to this live album though does give me a new perspective on him as an artist.
You see he actually sounds really entertaining live as well as a very competent performer, Beautiful Mess – Live On Earth is an essential item for any of his fans, quite if it would have the same appeal to anyone else is questionable, but with Christmas around the corner it’s a clever, cynical, yet pleasing release.
The album contains a live CD and DVD and features tracks like Sunshine Song, Anything You Want, Only Humans and The Dynamo Of Volition.
