The Puppini Sisters - Betcha Bottom Dollar

I didn’t think that a 40’s style harmony group would be my sort of thing but this little promo has made me look at the genre in a whole different light.

The nearest i’d come to this in the past was when Homer Simpson formed a barbershop quartet in The Simpsons, back in the real world though this trio of young ladies (The Puppini Sisters) are causing quite a storm with their doobie doo-tastic versions of more modern songs done in this style.

They release a digital EP on the 3rd July, with the album Betcha Bottom Dollar out on the 31st July. If Wuthering Heights on here is anything to go by and the more traditional Mr Sandman it should be a cracker. Best on here though is I Will Survive....now that is just genius!
