We Are The Physics - Bulimia Sisters
Having seen We Are The Physics live I was expecting good things of their debut album when it was released earlier this year, for me though it was a disappointment with too many similar sounding tracks.
Taken in the context of just one song though their singles remain hugely enjoyable affairs to listen to, the latest Bulimia Sisters, is an awkward, angular art-pop track that tugs away at your head for hours after you’ve heard it.
The formats released in are also quite interesting with 100 hand-labelled, numbered packages issued featuring 1 x CD including both Bulimia Sisters and brand new B-side Stretch Armstrong housed inside a genuine 5.25” FLOPPY DISK, 1×3.5” DISKETTE including brand new songs, plus an entirely random arrangement of WATP paraphernalia, and 1 x download card.
