I think on this occasion he may be slightly overplaying it a little, Selfish Ways isn’t even the hottest song on Dogs forthcoming album Turn Against This Land, it is though a very worthy single release and one that should see them heading neatly into the top thirty thanks to It’s catchy chorus, fantastic drums and guitars that really do rip it up.

If like me you are quite partial to the odd flutter, then i’d suggest you get your money on Dogs to be this years Razorlight, a handful of cracking singles released, an album that grows and grows as the year goes on and one of the most exciting live bands in the country, we’ll see how that prediction looks in six months time eh?
