The Rapture - Get Myself Into It
The Rapture make a welcome return with a brand new single and album this Autumn to extend the summer with a cool New York party vibe. The forthcoming album is called Pieces Of The People We Love and it promises to be a more personal album than the bands debut Echoes.
The first indication of what to expect is the single released on the 21st August through Vertigo. Get Myself Into It is likely to be huge as its already all over the radio. No surprise though as once i’d put it on my stereo it stayed on repeat for five or six spins.
The single is produced by Paul Epworth and Ewan Pearson and they are joined on album production duties by Danger Mouse. The band will be touring in October in support of the album released on the 4th September.
