Sea Wolf - Get To The River Before It Runs Too Low EP
I’m not sure what it was but something about the cover and the titles involved made me think i’d like this EP before i’d even played it. I wasn’t wrong, other than I didn’t think i’d like it quite as much as I do!
Sea Wolf is a one man army (Alex Brown Church) from what I can gather, song-writer, producer, vocalist and musician, although he does have a host of other people playing certain instruments on the five brilliant tracks that are on offer on Get To The River Before It Runs Low EP.
Each track is beautifully orchestrated, really melodic americana that oozes with a silky glow, You’re A Wolf is the track that initially hooked me in, but my favourite is probably The Garden That You Planted. His album Leaves In The River is available on import now.
