Robbie Rivera - Juicy Ibiza 2009
I’m sure it’s because of the Summer Ibiza season and the fact a lot of dance labels save their best releases for around this time and of course the christmas market, but i’ve had some really top notch dance compilations and mix albums coming through the office in the last few weeks.
Not that i’m grumbling of course.
The latest one that hits the sweet spot between move your feet and nod your head is Juicy Ibiza 2009 presented by Robbie Rivera. He doesn’t always nail it for me with his choices, but he certainly has here with a list that includes the likes of Deadmau5, Joachim Garraud, Paul Bigham, Juan Diaz and of course a shit load of his own material as well.
Essentially though the track listing is slightly irrelevant as the album flows so well and keeps the pulsing beat going from start to finish with some quality tracks, many of which i’m sure you’ll hear at Juicy Ibiza when it launches at Privilege on 14th July.
