The Go! Team - Ladyflash (Remixes)
Currently doing the rounds as a promo 12” are a set of very nice remixes of The Go! Team, which are due to be released on the 30th January with the Ladyflash single (again).
First up is a masterful mix of Huddle Formation and Ladyflash by Kevin Shields who is apparantly a big fan of the band. He’s combined the two tracks into one and called rather obviously Huddle Flash.
RJD2 does what RJD2 does best and takes Huddle Formation onto a more hip-hop vibe as he scratch crazy. The best remix though is the Simian Mobile Disco Remix of Ladyflash which closes off this promo in fine style.
Having just wowed American audiences the band head back over to the UK in February and March to play their biggest tour yet. If you haven’t caught them live yet then I suggest you do, they are certainly one of the most entertaining live bands around at the moment.
