Tim Deluxe feat Simon Franks - Let The Beats Roll
I’ve just had to have a little chuckle to myself there, I was all set to write the review for this single and my only real critiscism would be that Tim Deluxe seems to have gone down the route of writing a track that could have been lifted straight off of the first Audio Bully’s album.
I’ve just pulled the disc out of my Cd walkmen and lo and behold if it doesn’t actually tell you on the disc that it features Simon Franks of Audio Bully’s fame…so no wonder it sounds like them really is there!
Let The Beats Role… is very catchy, has decent crossover appeal to both dance and indie kids I would imagine so this could well be a hit once released on the 21st May, the only downside as i’ve alluded to before is that it doesn’t really do anything new and possibly sounds a little dated.
