Tin Man - Lions & Tigers & Bears, Oh My!
Formed on the back of the demise of C/O/R/D who did have a degree od success come Tin Man, who are releasing their debut album through the excellent indie label NR One Records.
The trio have come up with an entertaining debut in Lions & Tigers & Bears, Oh My!, at least once you get past the hideous title it is. It might not be ground breaking stuff, but what they do they do very well, mixing up new wave and punk ideologies with a pop nouse that could potentially lead to bigger things.
That though is something that is a long way off for now and at the moment they are battling it out with a whole host of bands as this sort of thing is hardly uncommon in today’s music scene, a welcome diversion though it definitely is.
