Little Dragon hail from Gothenburg in Sweden and as you should know already, the Scandinavians really are the most clued up bunch when it comes to music (less so with fashion from what i’ve seen of some of them though!).

Adding to the already impressive list of bands are this four piece outfit who fuse Soul, traces of funk and a generally chilled out vibe. The person that brings all this together in the group is the excellent vocalist (step forward miss Yukimi Nagano), her voice at times floats over the music, where as ot other points she really dominates the tracks.

A very surprising album and one that offers a fresh take on a very old genre. The album is out now through Peacefrog Records.
