Plan B - Mama (Loves A Crackhead)

If you have ears of a delicate nature then its probably worth you avoiding this song like the plague if you want an autobiographical account of his Mums fella getting into drugs and F****n everything up then this could well be the song for you.

I like my hip hop laid back like this (well musically if not lyrically), but whichever way you look at it the lyrics are clever and well constructed, done with an empathetic style that doesn’t come out on a lot of the album, the Hall & Oates sample is neatly and more importantly, it’s subte in the use of it.

A harrowing song that doesn’t make for easy listening….it is though Plan B’s best momemt to date. The single is out now and you can check the video out here
