The Splendour - Money
It’s taken me a few listens to like this track by The Splendour, even after a few listens it’s the second half of the song that has won me over, the first half still doesn’t cut it for me.
Money starts off as a bit of mixed up guitar track with average vocals, but ends in a blistering arsenal of trumpet and guitar that really sees the track soar. B-side Missus is a decent effort, with vocals that seem far more measured and emotional to go with the slower pace of the track.
The album, The Best Way To Make Money is out on the 4th August, the single is out now.
