Nathalie Nahai has worked on her self titled debut album with Don McCollister the Grammy award winning producer and is starting to make waves both here and over the pond with a series of well received live shows.

Add to this an ever expanding Myspace group of friends and you’d be forgiven for thinking that this is all coming a bit easy for the talented and beautiful singer-songwriter. This isn’t the case though she’s been working all her life towards this moment (the release of her album) and is clearly willing to put in the graft to back it up promotional wise.

Musically she offers you fragile and vulnerable acoustic guitar chords to compliment her earthy emotive vocals. The songs are as is common in this genre about life itself, love and loss and subjects that you can all relate to and which from the singing clearly Nahai is belting these out from the heart.

A definite talent and one that would be great to see live in a nice little venue, lights down, one small spotlight and just the crowd, the voice and the guitar for company. The album is out now and purchase details can be found on the website (see link to the right).
