Yeti - Never Lose Your Sense Of Wonder

It does seem that currently you can’t talk about any band in the British music scene without finding a stray member of The Libertines or a close relative kicking around in the background.

Yeti are no different, yet very different.

Ok so that one needs explaining a bit you’re right. Yes they have got an ex Libertine in former bass player John Hassall, but thats where the connection starts and ends.

Yeti (a five piece) couldn’t be much different in sound, ‘Never Lose Your Sense Of Wonder’ is one of the best things i’ve heard in ages, jangling Teenage Fanclub-esque guitars accompany a shimmering sound that swathes Hassall’s easy on the ear vocals and gentle harmony.
