Zebidee - Planet Zebidee
Zebidee won’t be a name familiar to many in musical circles, it seems his electronica output is firmly under ground at the moment through a lack of exposure, i’m guesing by the fact I received this from a promo company that he’s trying to rectify that and good on him because this music does deserve a far wider audience.
His debut album Planet Zebidee is an enjoyable electonica opus, that takes a lot of influence from space, amongst the delightyful soundscapes he serves up are elements of jazz, funk and drum and bass that gives the album real depth and variety.
It shows how much underground talent is swilling around under the surface at the moment waiting to breakthrough, lets hope for more from Zebidee in the future and more like him.
