Bat For Lashes - Prescilla
Taken from the excellent Fur And Gold album released last year, is the latest single Priscilla, by weird yet amazingly talented songstress Natasha Khan under her moniker Bat For Lashes.
She’s the multi instrumentalist and voice of this project which is stamped with her other wordly, fantasy themes. Prescilla though is one of the more straightforward songs on the album, at least by her standards anyway. This is partly due to it being re-recorded for the single release to make it a more powerful track in it’s own right.
If you haven’t yet delved into her world then this rtack would be an excellent introduction…just be prepared for things to get wonderfully strange once you do.
