Plan B - Stay Too Long
After the huge success of his brilliant single End Credits, Plan B enlists the help of producer Paul Epworth for his new single Stay Too Long.
Unfortunately I just don’t think it works. While hip hop and rock have made comfortable bedfellows previously, this rocked up track with chugging guitar riffs just feels too disjointed and forced for me.
I’m sure it won’t stop his success from continuing and he is an artists that really does have moments of genius, unfortunately they are also intersperesed with moments of mediocity like this one.
The single is out now through Atlantic Records.
