Bob Marley & The Wailers - Sun Is Shining
And here we go again as Mr Marley starts his third week of posthumous releases. This time it’s Sun Is Shining given a welcome run out as a single with an excellent liver version of Jammin’ on the b-side.
Now a lot of you depending on your age may be familiar with the Funkstar De Lux version that came out about five or six years ago, to be fair it wasn’t a bad dance version, but if you want the best version of this track then look no further than the original.
Bob Marley’s version is a lot slower, has far more in common with reggae and is one of his classics that seems to have been overlooked by a lot of people.
The sinmgle is out now and is taken from the Africa Unite album.
