The Crimea - The 48a Waiting Steps
Around the time of The Crimea’s first album I said that they were seriously underrated and despite a number of glowing reviews whjenever they release anything or play live, it seems the majority of the music buying public are oblivious to them, which is a crying shame.
They’ve made trheir entire second album available for free as a download and so far over 100,000 copies have been taken, which does suggest their is interest in them at least. The latest single to be released from that album is The 48a Waiting Steps which is a slice of dreamy, pop psychedelia that has one of the most infectious backing tracks i’ve heard for ages.
Get on them, get behind them and spread the word, we should be proud of bands like this.
