Izzie Voodoo - The Push
Izzie Voodoo has a pretty good voice I have to say, I’m just not sure it’s got the best vehicle to show it off with this fairly insipoid down-tempo gothic offering behind it.
You see on tracks like Play Bomb, Neat 17 and Smashing Honey, you get the feeling there is a lot more to come from her, that she’s being pulled back within herself as I can’t help but think she has a lot more to offer us than this Evanescence meets chilled out sound that she’s delivered here.
