Zero 7 - You’re My Flame
You’re My Flame is without doubt one of the best singles that Zero 7 have released in ages, built around the fine vocal quality of Sia Fuller who gives a rasping performance, as well as their usual subtle electronica.
The remixes on this package are also worth a shout, the best one is for me probably the Dabrye Remix, the Justus Khncke Remix by no means disgraces itself though. Both of them opt to build on the originals quality rather than dismantle it which results in respectful yet different takes on the original version.
