U2 - Zoo TV Live from Sydney
Island Records release U2 Zoo TV Live from Sydney on the 18th September, the first time it has been made available on DVD. As with most music DVD’s its packed to the rafters with extras.
Across the two discs you get over twenty live tracks, mini documentaries, the famous Zoo TV ‘Interference’ and video confessionals along with a karaoke.
The show itself sums up what seeing U2 is about live (and I’m not really that big a fan to be honest). On stage they transform themselves into an extravagant group who have more to offer than a back catalogue of top tunes. The showmanship is a lesson for all up and coming bands and you get the feeling you are watching a real performance.
A must for fans of the band and probably surprisingly enjoyable for anybody that isn’t.
