Get Into The Groove!

Groove Armada are without doubt one of the biggest dance acts around and have been for a number of years. Our cover stars this issue return on March 1st with a brand new album Black Light and we have a full review of the eagerly awaited long player inside, as well as the debut offering from Broken Bells.

A band that seem to be taking the UK by storm at the moment are Yeasayer and we have an exclusive interview with them for you, as well as newer bands Black Soul Strangers and Godzilla Black.

February 26th will see the launch of Azucar Rocks, the latst Beat Surrender night in Leeds ands we are rightly excited about this. You’ll find more details of those gigs as well as our regular slots at The Northern Monkey in the Features section.

Also in the same part of the site you’ll find our first festival previews of 2010, as we take a look at the Acoustic Festival and and the Progeny 3 event in Leamington Spa.

Our issue is completed with a live review of The Sunshine Underground gig in Leeds, with support on the night provided by Cosmo Jarvis and Club Smith and we have details of the new charity album southwest Of Never from our good friends at Never Enough Notes.

So that’s your latest issue, happy reading folks!
